After we’d finished our A-levels in 2018, my good friend Ryan Henderson and I felt it time to give form to our lengthily discussions about the potential for creating clothing, we founded FAR. later that year. The name, which serves as an acronym of our first names (Finn and Ryan), also evokes an ambiguous sense of boundlessness, a direct response to the lack of creative expression we felt was being heard among the young people of Ireland’s North-West at the time.

For me, FAR. has served as a platform for free creative expression over the past few years. Over the past year, we have turned our attention to issues around us through the means of creation; raising money for the Irish North West Migrants Forum and Derry-based NHS workers.
